Компания набирает несколько сотрудников для работы.
Обязанности:
Разработка и поддержка высококачественной технической документации, включая руководства и учебные пособия по ПО, руководства для разработчиков, внутренние политики и процедуры разработки;
Улучшение и корректировка существующей технической документации, соответствующей рекомендациям компании по стилю, удобству для пользователя и лучшим отраслевым практикам;
Взаимодействие с группами разработчиков для сбора технической информации и спецификаций, необходимых для точного документирования.
Требования:
Подтвержденный опыт работы техническим писателем от 5 лет;
Подтвержденный опыт использования таких инструментов, как Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace и аналогичных;
Опыт создания учебных пособий, учебных материалов, видеоуроков и других типов учебного контента;
Умение писать четкую, краткую и хорошо структурированную техническую документацию;
Внимание к деталям и стремление предоставить точную и удобную для пользователя документацию;
Отличные коммуникативные навыки и навыки сотрудничества, а также способность эффективно работать с межфункциональными командами;
Английский язык не ниже уровня С1 (плюсом будет наличие сертификатов TOEFL, IELTS);
Плюсом будет знание: Draw IO, UML, Microsoft Visio;
Опыт разработки программного обеспечения или знание языков программирования является преимуществом.
