Description We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist to act as the main contact point for incoming events, actively monitor multiple systems and facilitate communication between various teams. While this job requires working both day and night shifts, with the latter being compensated additionally, it still adheres to the standard 40-hour work week. To ensure you are fully equipped for the role, we will provide an extensive training program during the initial period.
