Cyber Staff is an ambitious IT recruiting agency with a focus on hiring engineers (SE, SDET, DevOps and others). We work with clients around the world, helping them fill vacant engineering positions and grow their production teams. We are an agency founded and run by ex-programmers and we believe in skills and passion when it comes to tech hiring.
We are looking for an experienced Account manager, a self-driven individual with an outstanding organizational skills, wide experience with B2B clients, great attention to details and amazing communication skills to join our team. You would work in a young, passionate and friendly team of professionals and have many growth opportunities in the future.
What will you do:
⁃ Analyze partner projects
⁃ Clarify the relevance of projects, information from partners.
⁃ Work in a team with an HR manager
⁃ Present relevant candidates to clients in the required format, clarify feedback in time
⁃ Make edits to documents / contracts / payment certificates
⁃ Organize work in Google Sheets
⁃ Record everything and remember everything
What do you need:
⁃ Wide experience with B2B clients
⁃ Minimum B2+ English (both written and spoken)
⁃ Experience working with documents / contracts
⁃ A free user of google workspace / MS office
⁃ Excellent communication skills
⁃ Great attention to detail
⁃ Self-management skills: you don't need to be micromanaged to be efficient
- Experience in outstaffing/staffing agencies will be a significant advantage!
