- Maintaining the manager’s work calendar
- Organization of business trips and work meetings
- Drafting letters, requests and presentations
- Booking flights and hotels
- Timely and high-quality execution of work assignments of the manager - Administrative support
- Attendance at business meetings and translations
Requirements
- Higher education
- Experience as an assistant / secretary to a manager for at least 3 years - Responsibility, attentiveness,
- English – fluent written and spoken
- Knowledge of business correspondence and communication
- Confident PC user, Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).
Conditions - Schedule 5/2
- Registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Work in a team of professionals
- Cozy office in the city center
